Caring for your Cordina Sunglasses
Cordina Eyewear offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufactures defects. Our warranty covers any peeling or flaking of paint on the frame, lens delamination, and rubber nose pads wearing down.
This warranty does not cover standard wear and tear of frames or lenses. Scratched lenses, scratching of frames, breaking of frames or losing is not covered under warranty. If you do experience any issues with our product and would like to see if it is warrantied or available for repair please contact us directly through our warranty claim tab. All warranty claims are handled in the Cordina Eyewear Facility. Do not return your product to the store. Stores are not authorized to provide service under this warranty. Please log on to CordinaEyewear.com, submit your warranty claim electronically and then return your product directly to Cordina Eyewear, along with your printed warranty claim label inside and outside the box. Note: Cordina Eyewear has the sole discretion to determine if an issue is classified as a manufacture’s defect.
If it is determined that your product does not have any manufactures defects (e.g. wear and tear, scratched lenses, accident, or any other problems determined not to be manufacturers defect covered by our lifetime listed warranty), we will replace or repair your sunglasses for a fee agreed upon by both parties before beginning the repair. Replacements and repairs will be subject to a repair fee through our repair program.
